Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern paid memberships, recurring subscriptions, premium features, trials, promotional offers, and other paid digital services offered through StockMarket.Nexus.

These Subscription Terms supplement and form part of the StockMarket.Nexus Terms of Use.

By purchasing, activating, or using a paid subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and any plan-specific terms presented at checkout.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or activate a paid subscription.

1. ABOUT STOCKMARKET.NEXUS SUBSCRIPTIONS

StockMarket.Nexus may offer one or more paid membership plans.

Depending on the plan, Premium features may include:

• Advanced Calculators
• Premium Newsletters
• Reduced Advertising
• Priority Features
• Additional Research
• Other subscriber-only functionality

The specific features included in each plan are those described on the applicable pricing or checkout page.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

StockMarket.Nexus may offer subscriptions on intervals such as:

• Monthly
• Quarterly
• Annual
• Multi-month promotional plans
• Other recurring intervals

Each plan may have different:

• Pricing
• Features
• Usage limits
• Data access
• AI access
• Signal limits
• Tool availability
• Renewal terms

3. PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP

5. TAXES

6. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

If your subscription is described as recurring, it will automatically renew at the applicable billing interval unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

A monthly subscription generally renews each month.

An annual subscription generally renews each year.

Before purchase, StockMarket.Nexus should clearly disclose:

• Subscription price

8. RENEWAL AUTHORIZATION

By enrolling in an automatically renewing plan, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel the subscription.

Your payment method may be charged automatically on or around the applicable renewal date.

• Failed-payment retries

• Banking delays

9. SUBSCRIPTION START DATE

10. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL DATE

If you do not agree to a future price change, you may cancel before the applicable renewal.

They are not guarantees of investment performance.

15. NO GUARANTEED NUMBER OF SIGNALS

A Premium Membership does not guarantee that a specific number of AI signals will be generated during any particular:

• Day
• Week
• Month
• Billing cycle

Market conditions may produce:

• Many qualifying signals
• Few signals
• No qualifying signals

The absence of signals does not automatically mean that the Service is defective.

16. AI WATCHLISTS

Premium plans may include AI-generated watchlists.

Watchlists may be created using factors such as:

• Account-size category
• Risk preference

• Price range
• Momentum
• Liquidity
• AI ratings
• Technical conditions

Watchlists are research tools and do not represent instructions to trade every listed security.

17. AI STOCK RATINGS

Premium users may receive expanded AI Stock Ratings.

Ratings may include classifications such as:

• Strong Buy
• Buy
• Hold
• Sell
• Strong Sell
• Bullish
• Neutral
• Bearish

Ratings are analytical outputs based on the methodology used by StockMarket.Nexus.

They are not guarantees.

18. ENTRY, STOP, AND TARGET LEVELS

Premium tools may display illustrative:

• Entry levels
• Stop-loss levels
• Profit targets
• Risk/reward estimates

These values are analytical estimates.

Actual execution can differ materially because of:

• Market gaps
• Volatility
• Liquidity

• Slippage

19. CONFIDENCE SCORES

Premium features may display Confidence Scores.

A Confidence Score reflects the strength or consistency of model inputs.

It does not necessarily represent a statistically validated probability of profitability.

For example:

85% Confidence

does not automatically mean:

85% chance of profit.

20. PREMIUM MARKET BRIEFINGS

Subscriptions may include premium market briefings such as:

• Morning market brief
• Daily AI market summary
• Weekly watchlist
• Market recap
• Earnings briefing
• Sector outlook
• Trading-opportunity briefing

Publication schedules may change because of holidays, market closures, data availability, or operational circumstances.

21. PREMIUM NEWSLETTERS

Certain plans may include subscriber-only newsletters.

Premium newsletters may include:

• AI signals
• Watchlists
• Educational material
• Research
• Platform updates

StockMarket.Nexus does not guarantee that every newsletter will contain a trading opportunity.

22. SUBSCRIPTION USAGE LIMITS

Certain Premium features may have reasonable usage limits.

• Data refreshes
• Downloads
• API-like activity
• Screeners
• Reports
• Watchlists

These limits may be necessary to:

• Maintain platform stability
• Prevent abuse

23. FAIR USE

Premium Membership is intended for ordinary individual use unless a business or multi-user plan states otherwise.

25. ACCOUNT SECURITY

Subscribers are responsible for:

• Reporting suspicious activity

StockMarket.Nexus may temporarily restrict an account where unusual login or usage activity suggests unauthorized access.

26. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a recurring payment fails, StockMarket.Nexus or its payment processor may:

• Retry the payment
• Request an updated payment method
• Notify the subscriber
• Suspend Premium features
• Restrict access
• Cancel the subscription

Retry practices may depend on the payment processor.

27. PAYMENT METHOD UPDATES

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

If your:

• Card expires
• Bank rejects payment
• Account is closed
• Payment information changes

you should update your billing information promptly.

28. PAYMENT PROCESSORS

Payments may be processed by third-party providers.

StockMarket.Nexus may not directly store complete payment-card information.

Payment processors operate under their own:

• Security standards

29. CANCELLATION

You may cancel a recurring subscription using the available account cancellation controls or other designated cancellation method.

Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal.

30. EFFECTIVE DATE OF CANCELLATION

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation generally becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.

If you cancel a monthly subscription halfway through the month, Premium access may remain available until the current paid period ends.

31. ACCESS AFTER CANCELLATION

Unless otherwise stated, subscribers who cancel may continue using paid features until the end of the already-paid subscription period.

Premium access may end earlier where:

• A refund is issued
• Payment is reversed
• Fraud is detected
• Terms are materially violated
• Immediate termination is legally justified

32. REFUNDS

Refund eligibility is governed by the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, subscription fees are generally not automatically refundable merely because:

• The user did not use the Service
• The user changed their mind
• No desired AI signal appeared
• A trade based on research was unsuccessful
• Market conditions were unfavorable
• The user forgot to cancel before renewal

Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

33. PARTIAL PERIODS

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated, StockMarket.Nexus may not provide prorated refunds or credits for:

• Partial months
• Partial years
• Unused days
• Unused signals
• Unused features

34. FREE TRIALS

StockMarket.Nexus may offer free trials.

A trial may include:

• Limited Premium access
• Full Premium access
• Restricted AI usage
• Other trial-specific features

The applicable offer controls.

35. FREE TRIAL CONVERSION

If a free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, StockMarket.Nexus should disclose before enrollment:

• Trial length
• Paid price
• Billing frequency
• Conversion date
• Cancellation process

If you do not want the paid subscription, cancel before the disclosed trial deadline.

36. TRIAL ELIGIBILITY

Free trials may be restricted to:

• One trial per person
• One trial per household
• One trial per payment method
• Other defined eligibility criteria

StockMarket.Nexus may deny repeated or abusive trial registrations.

37. PROMOTIONAL PRICING

Promotional offers may provide reduced pricing for a defined period.

$9.99 for the first month, then $19.99 per month

Where an introductory rate changes after the promotional period, that future price should be disclosed before enrollment.

38. COUPONS AND PROMOTIONS

Coupons and promotional discounts may:

39. PROMOTIONAL CREDITS

Short-term interruptions do not automatically create a refund right unless required by law or expressly promised.

Some features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.

45. MARKET CLOSURES

Certain Premium features depend on market activity.

46. THIRD-PARTY DATA

Some Premium features depend on third-party market-data providers.

AI outputs may therefore change over time.

48. FEATURE MODIFICATIONS

StockMarket.Nexus may modify Premium features as the platform evolves.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain permanently unchanged.

49. DISCONTINUED FEATURES

If a specific feature is discontinued, StockMarket.Nexus may:

• Remove it
• Provide an alternative

Where a discontinuation materially changes the core value of a paid plan, applicable legal obligations will be considered.

50. TERMINATION FOR TERMS VIOLATIONS

StockMarket.Nexus may suspend or terminate a paid account where reasonably necessary because of:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Unauthorized scraping
• Account sharing
• Payment fraud
• Security threats
• Illegal activity
• Material Terms violations

Refunds in such circumstances are governed by applicable law and the Billing Policy.

51. CHARGEBACKS

If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider, StockMarket.Nexus may investigate the transaction.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• Account suspension
• Subscription cancellation
• Restrictions on future purchases

Nothing in these terms prevents users from exercising legitimate payment-dispute rights.

52. SUBSCRIBER COMMUNICATIONS

Subscribers may receive necessary communications concerning:

These administrative communications may be required even if the user has opted out of promotional marketing.

53. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

54. NO INVESTMENT PERFORMANCE WARRANTY

A paid subscription does not create any warranty concerning:

Subscribers can lose money even while using Premium tools.

55. NO RELIANCE ON SUBSCRIPTION PRICE

The fact that content or tools require payment does not mean those outputs are more certain or guaranteed than free information.

Payment provides access to features—not guaranteed financial results.

56. NO FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP

Purchasing a Premium Membership does not, by itself, create a fiduciary, investment-advisory, broker-client, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional relationship.

57. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Subscribers remain responsible for:

• Conducting independent research
• Managing risk
• Selecting investments
• Choosing brokers
• Determining position size
• Making entry and exit decisions
• Monitoring trades
• Tax obligations
• Compliance with broker rules
• Compliance with applicable law

58. INVESTMENT RISK

Investing and trading involve risk, including possible loss of principal.

Premium access does not eliminate:

• Market risk
• Liquidity risk
• Volatility risk
• Execution risk
• Model risk
• AI risk
• Options risk
• Leverage risk

59. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION IN YOUR ACCOUNT

Where available, the account dashboard may display:

• Renewal date
• Billing interval

60. RECEIPTS AND INVOICES

Receipts or billing confirmations may be provided electronically.

Subscribers should retain billing records for their own purposes.

61. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By purchasing online, you consent to receive subscription-related notices electronically where permitted by law.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address.

62. APP STORE SUBSCRIPTIONS

If StockMarket.Nexus is later offered through:

• Google Play
• Another marketplace

subscriptions purchased through that platform may be subject to the platform's:

63. CORPORATE OR BUSINESS PLANS

68. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Subscription Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

69. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
