These Terms supplement our:
- Terms of Use
- Subscription Terms
- Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Other offer-specific terms displayed when you enroll
If an individual promotion contains additional terms, those offer-specific terms apply to that promotion to the extent they do not conflict with applicable law.

- Billing interval
- Included features
- Usage limits
- Geographic restrictions
- Cancellation deadline
- Redemption requirements
Those terms should be reviewed before enrollment.

Depending on the offer, trial access may include:
- Full Premium Membership
- Limited Premium Membership
- AI Trading Signals
- Premium watchlists
- AI Stock Ratings
- Stock Health Scores
- Advanced screeners
- Premium tools
- Premium newsletters
- Other specified features
The specific trial benefits are those displayed with the offer.
5. TRIAL DURATION
The length of a free trial will be disclosed before enrollment.
Examples may include:
- 3 days
- 7 days
- 14 days
- 30 days
- Another specified period
Users should not assume that all StockMarket.Nexus trials have the same duration.
6. WHEN A TRIAL BEGINS
Unless otherwise stated, a trial generally begins when the user successfully:
- Enrolls
- Activates the promotion
- Creates the applicable Premium subscription
- Completes another required activation step
The activation date generally determines the trial expiration date.
7. AUTOMATIC CONVERSION TO PAID MEMBERSHIP
Certain free trials may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
Where this applies, StockMarket.Nexus should disclose before enrollment:
- That the trial converts automatically
- Trial duration
- Date or timing of the first charge
- Subscription price after the trial
- Billing frequency
- Automatic-renewal terms
- How to cancel
If you do not want the paid subscription, you must cancel before the applicable conversion deadline.
8. EXPRESS CONSENT TO RECURRING CHARGES
Where a trial or promotion converts automatically into a paid recurring subscription, StockMarket.Nexus will seek the user's affirmative authorization as required by applicable law.
By knowingly enrolling in such an offer and providing the required authorization, you authorize the applicable recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.
9. PAYMENT METHOD FOR FREE TRIALS
Some free trials may require a valid payment method at enrollment.
Others may not.
If a payment method is required, this should be disclosed before enrollment.
Providing a payment method for an automatically converting trial does not mean you will necessarily be charged immediately.
The applicable offer will explain when the first charge occurs.
10. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Where a free trial converts into a paid subscription, you authorize StockMarket.Nexus and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for:
- The first post-trial subscription fee
- Future renewal fees
- Applicable taxes
- Other charges you expressly authorize
until cancellation.
11. CANCELLING BEFORE A FREE TRIAL ENDS
If you do not want an automatically converting trial to become a paid subscription, cancel before the applicable trial deadline.
The cancellation method should be identified:
- During signup
- In your account
- In the Subscription Terms
- Or through another accessible support method
12. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION DURING A FREE TRIAL
Depending on the specific offer, cancellation during a free trial may result in either:
Continued Access
You may retain trial access until the scheduled end of the trial.
or
Immediate End of Access
Trial benefits may end when cancellation is processed.
The applicable offer should explain which approach applies.
13. TRIAL EXPIRATION
When a non-converting trial ends, Premium access may automatically terminate unless the user independently purchases a subscription.
When an auto-converting trial ends, the subscription may become a paid recurring plan if the user has not canceled in accordance with the disclosed terms.
14. TRIAL ELIGIBILITY
Free trials may be restricted to:
- New users
- New subscribers
- Users who have not previously received a trial
- Eligible geographic locations
- Certain payment methods

The applicable offer determines eligibility.
15. ONE TRIAL PER PERSON
Unless expressly stated otherwise, StockMarket.Nexus may limit free trials to one per:
- Person
- Account
- Household
- Payment method
- Device
- Email address
where reasonably necessary to prevent promotional abuse.
16. PREVIOUS SUBSCRIBERS
A user who previously:
- Used a free trial
- Purchased Premium
- Received promotional access
may not be eligible for another new-user trial.
StockMarket.Nexus may determine eligibility according to reasonable anti-abuse criteria.
17. PROMOTIONAL PRICING
StockMarket.Nexus may offer a reduced subscription price for a defined introductory period.
For example:
First Month: $9.99
followed by:
$19.99 per month
If promotional pricing changes to a higher recurring rate after the introductory period, the applicable future rate and timing should be disclosed before purchase.
18. INTRODUCTORY PRICING DOES NOT NECESSARILY CONTINUE
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional pricing applies only for the stated promotional period.
Once that period expires, the subscription may renew at:
- The disclosed standard rate
- Another clearly disclosed rate
Users should review the offer carefully.
19. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
A promotional rate may apply for:
- One billing cycle
- Several billing cycles
- A fixed number of months
- A fixed term
- Another disclosed period
The promotional period will be identified in the applicable offer.
20. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AFTER PROMOTION

For example:
First three months at $10/month, then $19/month until canceled.
Where applicable, renewal terms should be disclosed before enrollment.

- Trial offers
- Partner discounts
- Credits
StockMarket.Nexus may apply the single eligible promotion selected during checkout.

as stated in the offer.
26. PROMOTIONAL CREDITS HAVE NO CASH VALUE
Unless required by applicable law, promotional credits:
- Are not redeemable for cash
- Cannot be withdrawn
- Cannot be exchanged for money
- May be non-transferable
They are intended solely for use with eligible StockMarket.Nexus Services.
27. PROMOTIONAL CREDIT EXPIRATION
Promotional credits may have expiration dates.
Expired credits may be forfeited except where applicable law requires otherwise.
28. REFERRAL PROGRAMS
StockMarket.Nexus may operate referral programs.
A user may receive benefits for referring eligible new users.
Benefits may include:
- Subscription credits

29. REFERRAL ELIGIBILITY
A qualifying referral may require that the referred person:
- Is a new user
- Uses the referral link

- Maintains the purchase for a specified period
- Meets other disclosed criteria
30. SELF-REFERRALS
Unless expressly permitted, users may not refer:
- Themselves
- Duplicate accounts they control
- Artificially created accounts
for the purpose of obtaining promotional benefits.
31. REFERRAL ABUSE
StockMarket.Nexus may deny or reverse referral benefits associated with:
- Fraud

- Self-referrals
- Automated referrals
- Misleading promotion
- Other abusive conduct

- Software companies
- Other commercial partners
Partner promotions may be governed partly by the partner's terms.
33. AFFILIATE PROMOTIONS
Certain promotional offers may be available through affiliate relationships.
StockMarket.Nexus may receive compensation if users complete qualifying actions through partner offers.
See our Affiliate Disclosure.
34. BROKER PROMOTIONS
Broker partners may offer promotions such as:
- Account bonuses
- Free stock promotions
- Deposit bonuses
- Reduced fees
- Other incentives
Such offers are generally controlled by the broker rather than StockMarket.Nexus.
Users should review the broker's official terms.
35. STOCKMARKET.NEXUS DOES NOT CONTROL THIRD-PARTY PROMOTIONS
Third-party promotions may:
- Change
- Expire
- Become unavailable
- Have jurisdictional restrictions
- Require minimum deposits
- Have eligibility requirements
StockMarket.Nexus does not guarantee continued availability of third-party promotions.
36. LIMITED-TIME OFFERS
Some promotions may be offered for a limited period.
Promotional language may include:
- Ends Sunday
- Limited Time
- Available Until [Date]
- Introductory Offer
Any stated deadline should reflect the actual offer terms.
37. PROMOTIONAL AVAILABILITY
StockMarket.Nexus may limit promotions based on:
- Geographic location
- Subscription type
- User status
- Campaign
- Payment method
- Promotional inventory
Not every user will necessarily receive the same offer.
38. PERSONALIZED PROMOTIONS
Where permitted, StockMarket.Nexus may display different promotional offers based on factors such as:
- Account status
- Subscription history
- Region
- Marketing campaign
- User eligibility
This does not guarantee that every user will receive identical pricing.
39. PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
StockMarket.Nexus may inform eligible users about promotions through:
- Website banners
- Account dashboard
- Newsletters
- Social media
- Partner campaigns
Marketing communications may be subject to applicable consent requirements.
40. PROMOTIONAL EMAILS
Users may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the applicable unsubscribe mechanism.
Unsubscribing from promotional email does not necessarily cancel:
- A subscription
- A free trial
- An existing promotional plan
Subscription cancellation must be completed through the designated cancellation process.
41. NO GUARANTEED FINANCIAL RESULTS DURING A PROMOTION
A free or discounted Premium Membership does not guarantee:
- Profitable AI signals
- Profitable trades
- Investment gains
- Successful stock selections
- Successful ETF selections
- A minimum number of opportunities
Promotional access changes the price of the Service—not the uncertainty of financial markets.
42. NO GUARANTEED SIGNAL FREQUENCY
StockMarket.Nexus does not guarantee that a user will receive a specific number of:
- AI signals
- Watchlist ideas
- Breakouts
- Trade opportunities
during a trial or promotional subscription.
Market conditions vary.
43. TRIAL USERS RECEIVE ANALYTICAL TOOLS, NOT GUARANTEED OUTCOMES
A free trial allows eligible users to evaluate platform functionality.
It is not a free period during which StockMarket.Nexus guarantees:
- Trading profits
- Investment success
- Signal accuracy
44. PROMOTIONAL ACCESS MAY BE LIMITED
Trial or promotional plans may differ from standard Premium plans.
Restrictions may apply to:
- AI usage
- Number of screeners
- Number of watchlists
- Data access
- Downloads
- Premium reports
- Other features
Restrictions should be identified where material.
45. FEATURE AVAILABILITY MAY CHANGE
Promotional access remains subject to:
- Maintenance
- Data outages
- AI outages
- Market closures
- Technical failures
- Third-party provider availability
Temporary interruptions do not automatically extend a promotion unless expressly stated or required by law.
46. SERVICE OUTAGES
A temporary outage during a trial or promotional period does not automatically entitle the user to:
- A trial extension
- Refund
- Promotional credit
unless StockMarket.Nexus chooses to provide one or applicable law requires otherwise.
47. PROMOTIONAL EXTENSIONS
StockMarket.Nexus may voluntarily extend a trial or promotion.
An extension in one circumstance does not create an obligation to provide extensions in other situations.
48. CANCELLATION
Users may cancel a recurring promotional subscription according to the cancellation methods described in:
- Subscription Terms
- Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Account settings
- Applicable checkout disclosures
49. CANCELLATION SHOULD STOP FUTURE RENEWAL
Where a user properly cancels an automatically renewing subscription, cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges after the effective cancellation date.
50. CANCELLING DOES NOT NECESSARILY CREATE A REFUND
Cancellation generally stops future renewal.
It does not automatically require StockMarket.Nexus to refund charges already properly incurred.
Refund eligibility is governed by:
Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
and applicable law.
51. ACCIDENTAL FAILURE TO CANCEL
If a user forgets to cancel before an appropriately disclosed trial conversion or renewal, a charge may occur.
Refund requests will be evaluated under the applicable refund policy and mandatory legal requirements.
52. BILLING REMINDERS
StockMarket.Nexus may provide:
- Trial-ending reminders
- Renewal notices
- Pricing-change notices
where required by law, the applicable subscription structure, or company policy.
The absence of an optional reminder does not necessarily eliminate a properly disclosed subscription obligation, subject to applicable law.
53. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DISCLOSURES
Where applicable, checkout should clearly identify material terms including:
- Price
- Trial duration
- Post-trial price
- Billing frequency
- Automatic renewal
- Cancellation process
These disclosures should be presented before the user completes enrollment.
54. NO MISLEADING “FREE” CLAIMS
StockMarket.Nexus should not describe an offer as “free” in a manner that conceals unavoidable charges or material conversion terms.
If a free trial requires cancellation to avoid future charges, that condition should be disclosed clearly.
55. NO HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTION CONVERSION
If a promotion automatically becomes a paid recurring subscription, the conversion should not be hidden solely in lengthy legal terms.
The material conversion terms should be presented clearly during enrollment.
56. NO PRE-CHECKED CONSENT WHERE EXPRESS AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED
Where affirmative consent is legally required for recurring charges, StockMarket.Nexus should obtain appropriate user action rather than relying on inactivity alone.
57. CANCELLATION ACCESSIBILITY
StockMarket.Nexus intends to provide a reasonably accessible cancellation mechanism consistent with applicable law and the way the subscription was offered.
The exact method may depend on:
- Website subscription
- Mobile application
- App-store subscription
- Third-party platform
58. APP STORE PROMOTIONS
If a promotional subscription is purchased through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play
- Another marketplace
the platform's:
- Trial rules
- Billing rules
- Cancellation rules
- Refund procedures
may apply.
59. PAYMENT PROCESSOR REQUIREMENTS
Promotional transactions may also be subject to:
- Payment processor rules
- Card-network requirements
- Fraud controls
These requirements may affect authorization or eligibility.
60. FAILED PAYMENT AFTER A TRIAL
If a trial converts to a paid subscription and the payment fails, StockMarket.Nexus or its payment processor may:
- Retry the payment
- Request an updated payment method
- Suspend Premium access
- Cancel the subscription
61. FRAUD PREVENTION
StockMarket.Nexus may use reasonable anti-fraud methods to evaluate promotional eligibility.
These may consider:
- Account history
- Payment method
- Email address
- Device
- IP address
- Other relevant indicators
subject to applicable privacy law.
62. PROMOTIONAL ABUSE
Examples of prohibited promotional abuse may include:
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated free trials
- Using false identities
- Payment fraud
- Automated trial creation
- Reselling promotional accounts
- Circumventing eligibility rules
63. CONSEQUENCES OF ABUSE
Where reasonably supported by evidence of abuse, StockMarket.Nexus may:
- Cancel promotional access
- Reverse promotional credits
- Restrict accounts
- Disqualify users from future promotions
- Take other appropriate action
subject to applicable law.
64. NO RESALE
Promotional access, coupons, referral benefits, and credits may not be:
- Resold
- Auctioned
- Commercially transferred
unless StockMarket.Nexus expressly authorizes transfer.
65. TRANSFERABILITY
Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, promotional benefits are personal to the eligible recipient.
66. ACCOUNT SHARING
A promotional Premium account is subject to the same applicable account-sharing restrictions as an ordinary subscription.
67. CHANGES TO A PROMOTION
StockMarket.Nexus may modify or terminate a promotion prospectively where reasonably necessary, subject to:
- Applicable law
- Offer commitments already made
- Existing user rights
68. ALREADY-REDEEMED PROMOTIONS
Where a user has validly enrolled in a defined promotion, StockMarket.Nexus should honor the stated offer terms unless:
- Fraud occurred
- Abuse occurred
- A legal requirement prevents performance
- The applicable terms permit a lawful modification
69. TYPOGRAPHICAL OR TECHNICAL ERRORS
If a promotion contains an obvious:
- Pricing error
- Typographical error
- Technical malfunction
StockMarket.Nexus may correct the error to the extent permitted by law.
We should not intentionally rely on this provision to avoid valid advertised obligations.
70. PROMOTIONAL PRICING AND TAXES
Promotional pricing may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Required taxes may be added to the advertised promotional price.
71. CURRENCY
Promotional prices may be offered in:
- U.S. dollars
- Other supported currencies
Exchange-rate fluctuations may affect converted prices displayed by third-party payment providers.
72. REGIONAL PRICING
StockMarket.Nexus may offer different pricing or promotions in different regions where legally permitted.
Factors may include:
- Currency
- Market conditions
- Local taxes
- Purchasing power
- Local product availability
73. PROMOTIONAL AVAILABILITY IS NOT GUARANTEED
The fact that another user receives a promotion does not guarantee that you are eligible for the same promotion.
74. NO CASH ALTERNATIVE
Unless required by law or expressly stated, promotional benefits cannot be exchanged for:
- Cash
- Securities
- Broker credits
- Another financial product
75. INVESTMENT RISK DURING FREE TRIALS
Accessing AI signals or financial research during a free trial does not reduce investment risk.
A user may lose money while trading based on information viewed during a trial.
See our Investment Risk Disclosure.
76. AI RISK DURING PROMOTIONS
AI features available during promotions remain subject to the same limitations as paid AI features.
AI can:
- Make mistakes
- Use delayed data
- Produce incorrect outputs
- Generate false signals
See our AI Trading & Signals Disclaimer.
77. MARKET DATA DURING TRIALS
Market data displayed during a trial may be:
- Real-time
- Delayed
- Derived
- Cached
depending on the applicable feature and data arrangement.
See our Market Data Disclaimer.

Participation in a promotion does not create a:
- Fiduciary relationship
- Investment-adviser relationship
- Broker-client relationship
between StockMarket.Nexus and the user.
79. PRIVACY
Information collected when users participate in promotions is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
This may include information used for:
- Eligibility
- Fraud prevention

80. MARKETING CONSENT
Enrollment in a free trial or paid promotion does not necessarily mean that a user has consented to all optional marketing communications.
Where marketing consent is separately required, StockMarket.Nexus should obtain it separately.

Some promotional offers may be sponsored by or connected with commercial partners.
Material relationships should be disclosed where required.

Promotions should make StockMarket.Nexus easier to try—not make billing harder to understand. Our objective is therefore to make the essential economics of an offer reasonably clear before enrollment
