9. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

10. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

The applicable subscription fee will be charged to the payment method associated with your account unless you cancel before renewal.

28. RESTORING PREMIUM ACCESS

If Premium access is suspended because of a failed payment, access may be restored after successful payment.

29. HOW TO CANCEL

Subscribers should be able to cancel through their StockMarket.Nexus account.

The intended cancellation path is:

Follow the displayed instructions to complete cancellation.

30. CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION

A cancellation is not necessarily complete merely because a user:

• Closes the browser
• Stops using the website
• Deletes a bookmark
• Unsubscribes from marketing emails
• Removes an application

Users should complete the designated cancellation process.

Where available, retain your cancellation confirmation.

31. CANCEL ANYTIME

Recurring subscriptions may generally be canceled at any time.

Cancellation prevents future automatic renewal after the cancellation becomes effective.

32. CANCELLATION DURING A FREE TRIAL

If you properly cancel an automatically converting free trial before the trial expires:

You will not be charged the applicable first subscription fee.

33. CANCELLATION AFTER A FREE TRIAL CONVERTS

Once a free trial has converted into a paid subscription, cancellation generally prevents the next renewal.

It does not automatically reverse a charge already properly incurred.

34. CANCELLATION OF A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

If you cancel a monthly subscription, Premium access will ordinarily continue until the end of the already-paid monthly billing period.

The subscription will then terminate rather than renew.

35. CANCELLATION OF AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

If you cancel an annual subscription, Premium access will ordinarily continue through the end of the already-paid annual subscription period.

The subscription will then terminate rather than renew for another year.

36. NO PENALTY FOR CANCELLING

StockMarket.Nexus does not intend to impose a separate cancellation penalty merely for terminating automatic renewal.

You remain responsible for charges properly incurred before cancellation.

37. DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT IS DIFFERENT FROM CANCELLING

Users should cancel an active paid subscription before requesting account deletion.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation may involve different processes.

Do not assume that a request involving one necessarily completes the other unless confirmed.

38. EMAIL UNSUBSCRIBE DOES NOT CANCEL PREMIUM

Clicking:

Unsubscribe

on a newsletter or marketing email only affects the applicable communication preference.

It does not cancel a Premium subscription.

39. THIRD-PARTY SUBSCRIPTIONS

If StockMarket.Nexus later offers subscriptions through:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play
• Another marketplace

billing and cancellation may need to be managed through that third party.

The third party's terms may apply.

40. REFUND PRINCIPLE

Because StockMarket.Nexus provides immediate access to digital subscription features, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after the applicable paid period begins, except:

• Where expressly provided by this Policy
• Where StockMarket.Nexus voluntarily approves a refund
• Where required by applicable law

41. CANCELLATION IS NOT THE SAME AS A REFUND

Cancellation prevents future renewal.

A refund returns money already paid.

These are separate actions.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically create entitlement to a refund.

42. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable paid subscription period has begun, except as required by law or expressly approved by StockMarket.Nexus.

Users who cancel ordinarily retain access until the end of the paid period.

43. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

Annual subscription payments are generally non-refundable after the applicable annual period begins, except as required by law or expressly approved by StockMarket.Nexus.

Because annual subscriptions provide discounted long-term access, cancellation ordinarily stops the next annual renewal rather than creating a prorated refund.

44. PARTIAL-MONTH REFUNDS

StockMarket.Nexus generally does not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a monthly subscription unless required by applicable law or expressly approved.

45. PARTIAL-YEAR REFUNDS

StockMarket.Nexus generally does not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of an annual subscription unless required by applicable law or expressly approved.

46. FREE-TRIAL CHARGES

If a user properly cancels before the disclosed free-trial conversion deadline but is nevertheless charged because of a StockMarket.Nexus billing error, the user should contact Billing Support promptly.

Verified erroneous charges will be handled appropriately.

47. DUPLICATE CHARGES

If StockMarket.Nexus accidentally charges the same transaction more than once, contact Billing Support.

Verified duplicate charges may be refunded or otherwise corrected.

48. INCORRECT CHARGE AMOUNTS

If you believe you were charged an amount different from the amount you authorized, contact us promptly with relevant transaction information.

49. UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact:

• StockMarket.Nexus Billing Support

as appropriate.

Do not provide full card numbers through ordinary email.

50. EXCEPTIONAL REFUNDS

StockMarket.Nexus may, at its discretion and where lawful, provide:

Providing an exception once does not require us to provide the same exception in every case.

51. REFUNDS REQUIRED BY LAW

If Premium functionality includes a Trading Journal, cancellation may affect access to Premium journal features.

Where appropriate, StockMarket.Nexus may provide reasonable export functionality, but availability is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

66. AI SIGNAL HISTORY

Access to historical Premium AI signals may be restricted after a subscription expires.

Subscription fees purchase access for the applicable subscription period rather than ownership of the underlying database.

67. NO REFUNDS BASED ON TRADING PERFORMANCE

StockMarket.Nexus does not provide refunds merely because:

• A trade lost money
• An AI signal was unsuccessful
• A stock declined
• A stock rating changed
• A watchlist underperformed
• A market prediction did not occur

Financial markets are inherently uncertain.

68. NO GUARANTEE OF PROFIT

Payment for Premium does not purchase:

• Guaranteed profits
• Guaranteed investment returns
• Guaranteed signal accuracy
• Guaranteed trading success

Premium fees purchase access to the applicable platform features.

69. AI OUTPUTS CAN BE WRONG

AI Trading Signals and other automated analyses may be inaccurate.

A user experiencing investment losses after using an AI feature does not automatically become entitled to a subscription refund.

• Temporarily interrupted

• Server outages
• API failures

Temporary interruptions do not automatically entitle subscribers to refunds.

72. EXTENDED SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

If StockMarket.Nexus experiences a significant prolonged outage materially affecting paid services, we may consider appropriate remedies such as:

• Subscription credit
• Extension
• Partial refund
• Other reasonable remedy

depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

73. SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

Scheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access to certain services.

Where practical, StockMarket.Nexus may attempt to minimize disruption.

74. THIRD-PARTY OUTAGES

Some features may depend on third parties including:

• AI providers
• Hosting providers
• Email providers
• Payment processors

StockMarket.Nexus does not control every third-party outage.

75. CHARGEBACKS

If you believe a billing error occurred, we encourage you to contact StockMarket.Nexus Billing Support before initiating a chargeback so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

This does not restrict any legal right you may have to dispute a charge.

76. FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS

Knowingly submitting a false chargeback claim may violate:

• Card-network rules

StockMarket.Nexus reserves applicable rights concerning fraudulent payment disputes.

77. ACCOUNT STATUS DURING A CHARGEBACK
